-We reserve the right to use your private information on login for the purposes of service to your order and to confirm user identity.

Sales & Price Policy

-All systems and Parts are NEW and GST is included.

-Prices listed are Cash or EFTPOS Only.

-Due to the sale service in store, some prices on the website will be cheaper.

-All special offers are limited & while stocks last only.

-Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

-Pictures for display purposes only.

-Product Specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

-Freighting cost is varied from Brisbane to your location. Local delivery cost is from $10+ on each item less than 20kg. Interstate delivery cost is from $15+ on each item less then 5kg.

Payment Details

-Company and private cheques are accepted; please allow 3 days the cheque to clear, once the cheque is cleared, customer can collect the item.

-Government organization cheques are accepted without a waiting period and the item can be collected immediately.

-Credit card payment incurs 2% surcharge.

-Direct debit transactions under the value of $10 AUD will incur a 15c surcharge.

-We accept all type of Debit card and Visa or Master Card.

-We do not accept American Express Card Diner Club Card.

-We do not accept payment over the phone.

-Direct deposited or online funds transfer are accepted, item can be collected when transfer shows in our account (please allow up to 48 hours for transfer shows in Account)

Return Policy

            -Proof of purchase is needed for any claim

            -All claims to be made within 7 days of purchase.

            -Stock return within 7 days will have full refund excluding shipping and handling charges and only with acceptable reason and in original condition

-Stock return after 7 days of purchase (within 10 days of purchase) therefund price will attract a 25% restocking fee.

Warranty Policy

-Proof of purchase is needed for any claim

-All hardware purchases covers 1 year warranty, acceptable claim excludes physical damage caused by unqualified technician. No refund & or replacement will be accepted in this case.

-Turn around time of replacement on faulty item will take from 6 to 8 weeks.

-Item, if found no faulty as reported, will be charged $25 labor fee.

- Freight on forward and backward of warranty or repair at customer cost.

- All systems have a 1 year Parts & 5 yrs Hardware Labor warranty* return to base.

  • These conditions do not apply to:

-         Damage or problems which result from accident- abuse, dust or dirt, wear and tear, alteration -incorrect electric current/ voltage -maintenance conditions.

*Hardware Labor warranty does not cover Software or RAID setup Labor.

- Courier Delivery (FastWay Courier).
